Weekly police department arrests/reports 1/29/19

TRURO – Truro Police report no arrests for the past week.

WELLFLEET  – Wellfleet Police report the following arrest for the past week:
On January 26th at 5:32 p.m.
Ludwig Benjamin, 22, of Malden, MA was charged with
Operating under the influence of drugs
Resisting arrest
Assault and battery on a police officer (2 counts)
Possession of a Class D substnace

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On January 23rd at 5:26 p.m.
Mandred Tyler Henry, 29, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

On January 24th at 12:28 p.m.
Terrence Scott Croce, 29, of East Flamouth was charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

On January 25th at 4:27 p.m.
Raul R. Vera, 62, of North Falmouth was charged with
Wanton Lewd and Lascivious conduct
Open and gross lewdness

On January 25th at 8:41 p.m.
Julio C. Ocasio, 27, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

On January 26th at 7:55 p.m.
Lawrence J. Hines Jr., 36, of Teaticket was charged with
Warrant arrest

On January 26th at 11:21 p.m.
Eileen Mary McDonald, 31, of Belmont, MA was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

David M. Forshaw, 49, of North Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
