Weekly police department arrests/reports 10/24/17

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On October 18th at 1:13 p.m. Det. Richard Alves arrested
Odane N. Morris, 23, of North Truro who was charged with
Possession of a large capacity firearm
Unlawful possession of ammunition
Receiving stolen property over $250
Warrant arrest

On October 19th at 11:12 a.m. Ofc. Tyler Dow arrested
Brian O. Spingler, 24, of Provincetown who was charged with
Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon
Unarmed assault with intent to rob

On October 20th at 5:39 a.m. Ofc. Tyler Dow arrested
Albert M. Perry, 63, of Provincetown who was charged with
Warrant arrest

On October 22nd at 12:32 a.m. Ofc. Jason Sullivan arrested
Yulia Lotkova, 27, of Brooklyn, NY was charged with
Assault and battery on a disabled person
Vandalizing property
Malicious destruction of property under $250

TRURO – Truro Police report no arrests for the past week.

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report the following arrest for the past week:
On October 23rd at 5:03 p.m.
Shawn R. Rose, 53, of Wellfleet was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (3rd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Leaving the scene of property damage

SANDWICH – Sandwich Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On October 22nd at 1:20 a.m.
Paul David Bousfield of West Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Speeding

On October 22nd at 11:02 a.m.
James E. Bridges of Plymouth, MA was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Marked lanes violation
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle

On October 16th at 7:28 p.m.
a 17-year-old juvenile was charged with
Attempted murder
Assault & Battery with a dangerous weapon
Attempt to commit a crime

a 16-year-old juvenile was charged with
Attempted murder
Assault & Battery with a dangerous weapon
Attempt to commit a crime

and
Samuel J. Cooper, 18, of Mashpee was charged with
Attempted murder

Jocelyn Marie Laurie, 27, of Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating under the influence of drugs
Operating negligently to endanger
Fail to stop for police
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle
Open container of marijuana in a vehicle

On October 18th at 1:55 a.m.
Ganesan M. Annamalai, 27, of Washington, DC was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

On October 18th at 11:21 a.m.
Tanya Lee Soares, 42, of North Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On October 18th at 8:06 p.m.
Jason R. Hannigan, 37, of North Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On October 19th at 1:41 p.m.
Paul John Durgin, 28, of Sandwich was charged with
Warrant arrest

On October 19th at 11:35 p.m.
Manuel James Antone, 49, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On October 20th at 5:10 p.m.
Heather D. Sylvester, 35, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On October 20th at 8:22 p.m.
Peter David Campagna, 25, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On October 21st at 2:24 p.m.
Tylar Johnathan, 24, of Sandwich was charged with
Shoplifting by asportation of merchandise
Warrant arrest

On October 21st at 3:34 p.m.
Douglas S. Lino, 60, of Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor

On October 21st at 6:43 p.m.
Asa T. Moore, 25, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest
