It has been almost 6 months since I’ve been on the Ideal Protein Diet and I have lost 53 pounds! I am thrilled. I can’t believe I had that much to lose…but I did and I still want to lose even more.
I am so happy I chose the Ideal Protein Diet. I believe a key factor to the success of this diet is the coaching. I meet with my coach (either Jessica or Megan) every week and spend a good amount of time with them.
We go over how I’m doing, they share recipes with me, provide a great deal of motivation and instill in me good habits…like checking product labels for carbs, fiber and protein.The Ideal Protein Diet is a high protein…low carb diet. I am really into knowing exactly what is in every piece of food I’m eating. Thanks to my coaches.
I eat food that I prepare and I also enjoy Ideal Protein foods. There really is a very wide variety. I have my favorites like the BBQ Chips, Soy Nuts, Vanilla Square and Chocolate pudding.
My goal in the next 5 months is to be down another 45 pounds and with the support I am getting I am very confident that I’ll achieve it!
