I’ve Been Having Trouble Sleeping… What’s My Problem?

KarenBlakeI have been in a quandary for the past 6 months having a little trouble sleeping. I not only toss and turn but I wake up with a stiff neck. So what’s my problem…is it my sleep position, the pillows I’m using? I like feather pillows…should I switch to foam or a “my pillow” type of pillow. OK I caved I went to Bed Bath and Beyond and I swear I tried almost every pillow that I thought would be appropriate. In the end I decided I am not a foam pillow girl. The “My Pillow” wasn’t bad but ultimately I went back to a feather pillow. I think I just needed a NEW feather pillow or 4!

So now let’s talk about sleep positions…after watching this video I realize stomach sleeping is definitely not good. (I do that once in a while) I mostly sleep on my side but everything needs to be in alignment. Plus, it’s amazing where they say you should be putting extra pillows.
