Hello there! My name is Mortimer, and if you’ve considered a small pet, I may be the GERBIL for you. I enjoy a healthy diet with lots of seeds and I especially love a little handful of hay as a treat. My favorite past time is rearranging all my belongings by making little tunnels all over my cage. It sure is entertaining to watch! Since I am a bit nervous at first, I’ll need a patient friend to help me get more comfortable being held.
I am just a little guy looking for a wonderful friend! Do you love to explore, and burrow under anything you can? Chew on cardboard, and take a run on a wheel? Or maybe you just want to watch someone else do the burrowing, chewing, and wheel running? Either way, we’re sure to have a good time.
