Cape and Islands See No Additional Coronavirus Deaths

BOSTON-No additional coronavirus fatalities were reported on the Cape and Islands by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) on Monday.

Barnstable County did have seven more confirmed positive COVID-19 cases, a part of 244 across the state. The Islands had no additional cases.

Cape Cod Hospital is currently treating one individual for the virus, the DPH reported, as the statewide hospitalization rate sits at about 0.29%.
